You can sort and manage tickets generated from emails using various filters and views. Here's how you can sort and manage your tickets in Zammad:
- Log in to your Zammad account.
- Click on the "Tickets" option in the main menu on the left side.
- You will see several predefined views like "Unassigned & Open," "Open," "Pending reminder," etc. You can select one of these views to filter tickets based on their status.
- To further sort and filter tickets, click on the gear icon ⚙️ in the upper right corner of the ticket list. This will open a dropdown menu with various sorting options, such as:
- Title
- Priority
- State
- Owner
- Customer
- Group
- Created at
- Updated at
- Click on any of the sorting options to sort the tickets accordingly. You can click on the same option again to toggle between ascending and descending order.
If you need to create a custom view or filter, follow these steps:
- Click on the gear icon ⚙️ next to the "My" tab at the top of the ticket list.
- Click on "Add new overview."
- Configure your custom view by providing a name, selecting which roles it should be visible to, and specifying the conditions and sorting options.
- Click on "Submit" to save your new custom view.
Your new custom view will now appear as a tab in the ticket overview section, allowing you to sort and filter tickets based on your specific requirements
